Dr. Tara Hamling
Birmingham University
Dr Hamling is a Lecturer in Early Modern History. She joined Birmingham University in 2007 as RCUK/Roberts Research Fellow in the History Department. Before that she held a British Academy Postdoctoral Fellowship in the Art History Department at the University of Sussex. She teaches a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, although from 2011-2013 she is on Leverhulme-funded research leave and is currently based off campus at the Shakespeare Institute. Tara became a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in 2006.
